THE ENEMY WITHIN: THE STATIST LEFT AND THEIR EIGHTY YEAR CAMPAIGN TO DESTROY AMERICA

WE ARE AWARE THAT THE TITLE OF THIS POST IS INFLAMMATORY. THE TRUTH OFTEN IS.

The administration of "president" Barack Hussein Obama is clearly the culmination of 81 years of a continual campaign to turn the United States into a Leftist dictatorship, a one-party state in which everyone is dependent upon a cabal of elitists and all that is not prohibited is mandatory. The great enemy that has threatened Liberty across the globe since the end of World War I is Leftist Statism.

Leftist Statism is a political form that metamorphizes from its larval form of Socialism. Leftist Statism has four main denominations: Communism, Fascism, National Socialism, and its newest guise, American Progressive Liberalism. Fascism and National Socialism were quite compatible with the other two for almost 12 years, and particularly the American Left was quite comfortable with Adolf Hitler right up until he betrayed Josef Stalin and attacked the Soviet Union. The American Left was at the time allied closely with the founding entity of Leftist Statism, Russian Communism; and so from the launch of Operation Barbarossa the Nazis and their Italian allies were therefore no-good-sons-of-bitches. The hostility toward Fascism and National Socialism displayed by Communists and American Progressive Liberals is not based so much on a differing world-view as it is a battle for the leadership of the Statist Left leadership. It is a power struggle within the philosophy.

Any form of Leftist Statism requires fertile soil in the form of an impoverished, fearful, and abject populace. In Russia, that condition had been met in spades at the time of the Bolshevik Revolution. In Italy and Germany inept, socialist-style governments drove the populace to discontent.

The United States, however, was (and is) a much tougher nut for the Statist Left to crack. The unique form of government and the barriers between competing powers at the State, Federal, and Local levels and between several branches and houses of government; combined with the staggering of elections and a Constitution separating powers and forbidding certain infringements on certain rights; means that attempts to impose Statist policies are (or were) limited to certain States or regions of the State or the Nation, where before long the disastrous results of Left Statist policies become obvious to the rest of the Nation and eventually to the People of the affected States (and/or get struck down by the court system as un-Constitutional.) Since the Inauguration of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, however, the Statist Left has put into action a plan to reduce as much of the populace as possible under dependence upon the State for their well-being in almost every department of individual life. This is what Barry Goldwater called "creeping Socialism". The idea was to insinuate the larval form of Statism into the very fabric of the Nation.

This was first accomplished with the introduction of Social Security, peddled as a Federal form of "retirement insurance". But when Social Security was challenged as being unauthorized by the Constitution, the defense presented by Roosevelt was that the payroll deduction for Social Security was a "tax" and so was authorized by the 16th Amendment. Today, SS has been joined by Medicaid and Medicare and the ultimate "entitlement" Obamacare. The hook has been set with the first three, and the Left is fighting a desperate delaying action so as to make the populace dependent on Obamacare to the extent that repeal of it will be all but impossible.

Making the populace dependent on the largesse of the Federal government was the first facet of the attempt to destroy the Republic and remake it in the image of Statism. The second was the takeover of The Academy; the public institutions of learning. Packing the faculty of major institutions of higher education was a priority, as from these came the people who would become teachers in elementary and secondary schools, where truly impressionable minds could be reached and indoctrinated.

The third leg of the triangle consists of the disparaging and dissolution of the traditional American family centered on a mother, a father, and their children. This attack was opened with the "Women's Liberation" movement, which positively encouraged women to (among other things) eschew the role of home-maker and turn the kids over to (Government-approved) daycare centers and enter the work force. Later, manipulation of the economy would make this a near-necessity. At the same time, "the good of the children" has sufficed at almost every turn as a bogus-yet-compelling justification for almost every incursion of the Federal government into more and more intimate aspects of individual lives.

All of this would be a two-dimensional chimera, but the fourth point transforms it into a three-dimensional threat: The war on "religion"; by which is meant Christianity. Christianity is for example said to be "arrogant" because we who are Christian say that no one gets to Heaven without Jesus. But Islam, which not only also claims to be the only true path to God but also arrogates to itself the authority to subjugate by the sword those who do not agree; is given a pass and indeed the Statist Left seeks to accomodate Islam wherever the opportunity exists. It is no accident that the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem during WWII was made an honorary Gruppenfuhrer (General) in the Nazi SS.

The times we are living in are the times of the Statist Left's final assault on the United States of America. This nation is hated by them precisely because we stand in the way of these lice, who would order our lives and the lives of all who inhabit the planet to their philosophy of a perfect world. Perfect, that is, in their eyes; and God help you if you disagree.

ENTITLEMENT MORASS

Issues involving the national debt and increased spending and borrowing have reached the point where they can no longer be ignored and/or put off. The dance that began with FDR's Social Security has ended, and the piper is getting impatient for his wage.





What is interesting is the manner in which the Leftist mass media is trying to frame the debate. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps, etcetera; are termed by the Left to be "Mandatory spending" while essentials such as National Defense are termed "Discretionary Spending".





What the fuck is going on here?



Well, for one thing the terms "Mandatory" and "discretionary" are misnomers. Our Constitution does NOT AUTHORIZE ANY of the so-called "Mandatory" spending. Even if FICA IS a "tax" authorized by the 16Th Amendment, the purpose to which it has been put since before I was born is COMPLETELY UNAUTHORIZED BY THE CONSTITUTION!! SS, Medicare and Medicaid (and other) spending is not only not "mandatory", it is also completely unauthorized by the Constitution, and therefore ILLEGAL.





The only reason we have Social Security today is that it was peddled to the public as an "insurance investment". But when someone objected and took his objection all the way to the Supreme Court, the Government argued that FICA deductions were one of the taxes (not tax, singular) on incomes authorized by the sixteenth amendment.





And being no more than a tax, the imposts were then dumped into the general fund. SS and its adjuncts were "paid for" with U.S. Treasury Bonds. And the money was used for whatever our wannabe-massas thought good.





There ain't no fuckin' money to pay social security NOW.





Nevertheless, there are people who either are anticipating SS benefits in the future or who are dependent on them NOW. The slimeballs who thought up this mess KNEW that they needed but set the hook to ultimately land the fish. (By the way, this is also why the Obama administration is fighting like mad to stave off and delay challenges to the unconstitutional and unsustainable scheme known as Obamacare. It's the same principal a dope pusher uses: first get 'em hooked, then gouge the hell out of 'em.)

Eliminating Social Security would provide enough savings to retire our debt to China. We are not talking just payments to retirees here. Those are the tip of the iceberg. The cost of paying government employees to administer this boondoggle amount to two or three times the amount paid out. If there were a charity with such a high overhead, it would rightly be labeled a FRAUD.

What we would propose to wean the public off Social Security would be to:

1. Assure all persons already recieving benefits that they will not lose them.
2. Give people who have already paid at least $20,000 into the system, and are ten years or less from retirement on the date of adoption of this plan, the choice of a one time lump-sum tax free payment of $15,000 OR to recieve benefits as the system is already set up to provide them.
3. All others would continue to pay the FICA tax at present rates until such time as they have paid in $65,000 or until they reach eligibility, whichever comes first; at which time they will no longer be required to pay the FICA tax and will recieve a $15,000 one-time tax-free lump sum "benefit" as described above.
4. All employers will continue to pay the payroll tax on wages, regardless of whether the worker has met his $65,000 quota or is at or beyond the age of eligibility.
5. Self-employed and independent contractors will not be required to pay both the FICA and payroll tax portions, and the "self-employment tax" will be re-written to reflect this.
6. When the point has been reached at which all workers who have paid at least $60,000 into the system are assured of their $15,000 benefit AND all persons recieving benefits under the present arrangement are dead or otherwise ineligible, the FICA tax and the Social Security Administration will be abolished.
7. The payroll tax will remain in effect but will substitute for the income tax on employees earning up to the "cap" on FICA obligations. The abolition of FICA will serve to provide an automatic benefit to those workers who have not paid in $65,000 at the time Social Security is ended.

This plan could in our estimation wean the nation off Social Security in the space of a generation (or less). And with "Obamacare" shot down, maybe we can get back to the idea that, other than life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and what you have earned; you are entitled to a kick in the ass. That way lies prosperity.

THIS IS NOT OVER BY A LONG SHOT

WITH THE PASSAGE OF THE SO-CALLED "OBAMACARE" BILL, (Which was originally sent to the Senate by the House as a bill for tax credits for homeowners in order to enable the IRS as an enforcemant agency) this Congress and this "Administration" have crossed the line.

Perhaps the most egregious sin in this dog's breakfast of abuses is the "individual mandate" requiring all Americans to buy health insurance, or else. The justification for this is the "Interstate Commerce Clause" and a Supreme court ruling that insurance is "Interstate Commerce" and so - by the DemonRatz' lights - they may "regulate" it by FORCING PEOPLE TO BUY IT.

THIS IS NAKED ABUSE OF POWER AND LEGISLATIVE FRAUD.

Virginia is poised to file a lawsuit against this as soon as "President" Obama signs it.

Enjoy that champagne you toasted with last night, Ratz. This isn't over, and it will not be until this bill is dead and you are out of office. Assholes.

THE INFERNAL REVENOOERS ARE SET TO HIRE AGENTS TO ENFORCE MANDATORY HEALTH INSURANCE!

ONE ASPECT OF THE "OBAMACARE" BILL WHICH THE DEMON-RATZ HOPE YOU WILL IGNORE IS THAT IT IS ACTUALLY JUST A TAX BILL. THERE WILL BE TAXES ON "MEDICAL DEVICES" (WHATEVER THOSE ARE, AND IT COULD MEAN JUST ABOUT ANYTHING - READING GLASSES, CRUTCHES, CANES-) ; AND THERE WILL ALSO BE A TAX LAID ON THSE WHO DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE COVERAGE IN AMOUNTS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE IS SET TO HIRE THOUSANDS OF NEW AGENTS IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THIS VILE DEMON-RAT PLAN TO EAT OUT OUR SUBSTANCE AND WRECK THE ECONOMY.

For those of you who are new to this blog, we pointed out earlier that although this bill is called a "Senate Bill"; it is actually a bill that originated in the House. Since most people know that taxes have to originate in the House, they do not see the threat posed by the so-called "Senate Bill". The way this was done was that the House Ways and Means committee wrote up a bill, got it past the House, and sent it to the Senate; where the House language was stripped out and the Senate language inserted. See the foul little trick?

If this turkey gets passed and signed into law; and is challenged on whatever grounds, the Ratz will claim it is just another "tax on incomes" authorized by the 16th Amendment. That's the way they got past challenges to Social Security back in the 1930s.

There is really no gentle way to say this. Let this garbage get passed into law, and you will walk around every hour of every day with some Infernal Revenooer's finger stuck in your ass. Don't like that idea? Get busy calling, writing, and Emailing and faxing your congressional representative.

WITH THE ELECTION OF SCOTT BROWN TO THE SENATE SEAT FORMERLY HELD BY TED KENNEDY, and particularly because he waxed her yenta ass good in a liberal-schmiberal state; and generally because of the loss of the DemonRat vaunted "filibuster proof" majority; we thought that "Obamacare" was dead in the water.

WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. Even though the polling indicates that 75% of the American electorate wants this bullcrap to die, the Ratz keep going. Why?

BECAUSE THEY ARE AFTER ABSOLUTE POWER OVER EVERY ASPECT OF EVERY AMERICAN INDIVIDUAL'S LIFE.. Obamacare was compared by Rush Limbaugh to the third ring in "Lord of the Rings" which would complete the set giving the posessor absolute power. Rush compared the Ratz to the villain in that trilogy, who went completely nutso trying to get that last ring. With the power Obamacare would give the Ratz, they could control what you eat, wear, drink, and smoke. They could at last realize their wet dream of disarming the People by decalring privately-owned firearms a "health hazard". A whole new layer of government offices and employees could be created to eat out the substance of the people. There is much more, but this is a sinister design on our freedoms. No wonder they are so adamant in the face of such great public opposition.

And this and the other expenses they are laying on our Nation threaten to bankrupt this country. And this is Hoyle according to Alinsky, who said that to effect radical change the common folk have to be rendered impoverished and desperate. (Obama has a Public Service ad out urging people to volunteer to become "Part of America's New Foundation". The Nation was founded on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. What is this "New Foundation" shit? Treason, that's what.)

WELL, EVERYBODY THOUGHT THAT THE UBAMANISTA JUGGERNAUT HAD BEEN STOPPED BY THE ELECTION OF BROWN. Too bad we did not realize (or remember) that the DemonRatz consider rules to be valid only when they suit their purposes. Otherwise they change or just flat ignore them. Now the crap has started up again with the Ratz trying to get around the filibuster by various end-runs and corny, hokey tricks such as having a bunch of "doctors and nurses" (who were given white smocks and OR scrub suits to wear by the White House staff) as an audience for a recitation of lies and half truths by "president" Obama in support of this debacle.

All we at the Alexandria Daily Poop can say is, that when this debate began in earnest we were in big financial trouble driving a cab for a living as people were scared and held onto their money; and when Scott Brown was elected the business picked up dramatically within days. Now this crap is starting up again, and people are beginning to notice the boss's attitude start to swing toward having to lay some people off, and they are starting to hoard their money again. Oh well. The good news is that come November, the Ratz are toast.

The bad news is, we may not last that long.

IS "PRESIDENT" OBAMA CRACKING UP??

WE HERE AT THE ALEXANDRIA DAILY POOP LISTENED TO THE RECENT STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS - at least as much of it as we could stand - and we are rather worried that the man who has his finger on "the button" is showing signs of teetering on the "deep end". We mean to say that Obama may be going nuts.



It was a speech full of praise for himself (delusions of grandeur) , lies, and attacks on his critics (paranoia); along with a statement of intent to go right ahead pushing his healthcare crap (doing the same thing and expecting a different result).



"President" Obama really went off the deep end when he said he wanted us to build a faster train than the high-speed doodad the Red Chinese have. We already tried building a high speed Amtrak called the "Acela". But our Safety Nazis have slowed it down to the point where it really isn't all that much faster than a regular old Amtrak choo-choo, but it is still almost twice as costly to ride.



The next day, Obama met with a group of Republicans wherein he told them that his Obamacare was a "Centerist" policy. This in the face of the fact that the centerpiece of it is that everyone will be forced to buy insurance approved by the government or pay a big fine and, if they refuse to do either, face FELONY criminal charges.



THEN he goes to the Georgetown-Duke game, barges into the announcer's booth and gets photographed wearing headphones. Mike Dukakis didn't look any goofier in that tank back in '88.



We have always thought Obama to be a blowhard, a bumbler, and a fool. Now we add "incipient lunatic" to these sobriquets.

HEALTH CARE? OR TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION?

AS THE HOLY DAY OF CHRISTMAS APPROACHES, THE DEMON-RAT PARTY CONTINUES IN ITS EFFORTS TO SHOVE SO-CALLED "OBAMACARE" DOWN THE PROTESTING THROATS OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. WHY are they so insistant on passing this gob of garbage?

COULD IT BE that they are sooooo concerned that you will get a boo-boo and not be able to get cared for? Hell no. They don't give a good Goddamn about "the little guy" they so like to say they are championing. To them, the little guy is just that, a pissant. Just ask the flight attendant that Shecky Schumer called a "bitch" for asking him to turn off his cell phone during takeoff. They don't give a flying FUCK how many people do not want this dog's breakfast of statist mandates. Harry Reid has all but told us we will get it and we will like it (or else).

ACTUALLY WHAT HAS THE RATZ ALL TURNED ON ABOUT THIS "HEALTH CARE BILL" IS THAT IT IS NOT ABOUT HEALTH CARE AT ALL. IT IS A GOD DAMNED FUCKING TAX BILL. Just like wabbits wuv cawwots, DemonRatz love taxes. Wait! you say. Tax bills have to originate in the HOUSE, and this is a SENATE BILL.

HO ho ho.

YOU SEE, DEAR READER, THE PRESENT BILL ORIGINATED IN THE HOUSE WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE AS A TAX BILL. I found this out when my Senator Mark Warner directed me to his FAQ on the topic. This TAX BILL originated in the Ways and Means committee and was sent over to the Senate, where the House language got stripped out and the Senate language was inserted. Only the bill number and title remained. So technically this TAX BILL originated in the House; but not one word of the present form of the bill has been debated in the House; and their hope is that they can get the Senate package approved by a "reconciliation committee". It is easier to bamboozle, bribe and intimidate 60 senators than it is to do so to a couple hundred Representatives.. You see the vile little game??? I hope you do.

NOW YOU MIGHT ASK WHY THE RATZ WOULD TRY TO GET A TAX BILL PASSED THIS WAY. The answer is simple. They can sell it to as many folks as possible as "Insurance"; but if it is ever challenged in court, they can say it is nothing but aa TAX BILL on income as allowed by the 16th Amendment. They want more money - hell they will need it to pay off the Senators they bribed to pass it - and they will sell their souls, your bodies, and this very nation to get this illegal money-and-power grab signed into law.

I SEE NO OTHER RECOURSE IF THIS ATROCITY IS PASSED AND SIGNED INTO LAW THAN REBELLION. Let it begin at the ballot box. Let it be unrelenting on the soap box. And let us hope we will not need the cartridge box. But this design to reduce us under despotism cannot, must not, AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO STAND.

REMEMBER, REMEMBER

TODAY IS DECEMBER THE SEVENTH 2009. IT IS THE 68th ANNIVERSARY OF THE JAPANESE SNEAK ATTACK ON PEARL HARBOR WHICH CATAPULTED THE UNITED STATES INTO WORLD WAR II. Yet how many remembered this sometime within about four hours of rising?

When we watched the attacks of 9-11 take place, we felt a similar shock as our parents did on hearing the news of Pearl Harbor. Now we are at war with an enemy even more fanatical and a shadowy one at that.

But no mention of this from the floor of the House or the Senate. It would be an inconvenient reminder that one does not read the enemy his rights and try him in a civilian court in a war. In a war one kills the enemy until the enemy surrenders. The present government, full of weaklings, traitors and cowards, does not want to remind the sheeple of what war is. They want to pretend that we are conducting some sort of criminal investigation. Besides, they are busy trying to engineer a device called "Obamacare" which will do NOTHING to benefit the citizenry but which will open a door to total abrogation of almost every individual right we think we have.

Remember Pearl Harbor. And repulse these DemonRat sneak attacks on our freedoms.
